Hi BillieBee,

I just wanted to say hello and drop a couple of links that you might find useful.

Spoonflower is such a great resource when you're looking for a completely unique fabric and I'm very excited to be debuting my own designs this month. I will be adding to these designs on a weekly basis, so please check back often.

The FREE BOLD E-zine is a very helpful resource for those who write or read blogs.

I enjoyed viewing your work. Fabric is such a wonderful medium in which to express our love of shape, color, and imagination. Best of success with your projects.

Lynda

Thanks Vic. I had never heard of the Big Cat Sanctuary and will have to put it on my list of places to visit. I just returned from India and Nepal. No tigers this time and didn't even see one at a Tiger SAnctuary I visited there a few years ago.

WOW your wearable art is fabulous. We went to the Houston Quilt Festival once and saw the wearable art show, I cried. They were the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Girl, you can make it work!.

I would love to make some things for myself but never seem to have the time. For the past few years I have been making childrens apparel and quilts. I have made what they are calling decopauge jean and jackets and blazers. Anytime I have an opportunity to add fiber decorations and embellishments to apparel, I do. I too am really enjoying adding embroidery into what I make whether it be a quilt or apparel. Now I am making a quilt for myself and being the shabby chic person I am, I have been collecting antique handkerchiefs and crochet items to embellish my scrappy quilt with. It is going to have everything on it and in it LOL. Pink, green and ivory are the main colors. Will post some photos soon.

Checked out your webiste - love Tiger Tiger!!! I've been doing wearable art for quite a few years, but haven't hat enough time lately - my business keeps getting in the way :)

I hope by joining this group, I'll be inspired to let the paperwork and designs go for a bit and do some more stuff!
