Hi Rose! How are you doing? Gosh it seemed like a long winter eh? We have moved to a new home and done a lot of work in the basement and landscaping....now we are busy with field work/farming! I haven't had much time to sew....but I try to squeeze it in here and there! ;0)
The challenge is out, lets see how many of us can join the wonderful new campaign called Stitching for Pink !!! Starts today until 30 October. Its gonna be so much fun with 10 projects to complete. Come on Embroiderers lets unite and join the fight against Breast Cancer !!!
Here is a list of what I ordered but I only have a rough idea of what substitutions I will be making and like most of my projects I think it will evolve as I do it. I hesitate to post this because it is a work in progress and I may very well have to make changes as I go along and I would feel bad if you found later that you didn't order enough fabric or that you ordered too much fabric. I am trying to use all of the Hearth & Home collection in the quilt so I ended up with a little bit more fabric than the total in the book. I don't know for sure if I will need it all but I wanted to make sure I had enough to make the blocks in the combinations I like. At least this will give you some idea of what I will be using. Hope it helps.

I live in Marysville, KS which is right along the Kansas and Nebraska border. I am about a 100 miles from the Missouri border and just a few miles from the Nebraska border. Being a substitute teacher is a huge task. I am a school administrator and we NEVER have enough good substitutes. Have a good evening! Mary
