Just returned from a trip to Hawaii--something that was on DH's and my bucket list. DH wanted to see the Arizona Memorial and it was inspiring and sad at the same time. Hawaii really honors service men and women and is very patriotic. That was refreshing.

We had our honeymoon in Honolulu 42 years ago. Then my sister and I went on a vacation to the Big Island 5 years ago. We'd certainly love to go back again. The Islands are truly beautiful.

Hawaiian quilting is really easy and fun to do. I have a couple on my page out of the series by Helen Squire that was published in the Quilters Newsletter some 20 years ago. I'd gladly send you a copy of the series if you are interested.
