About Me
I've been quilting for 20 years and sewing for over 40. Love to be challenged and always looking for new and interesting quilt classes. Have made well over 100 quilts and spend about 4-6 hours every day in my sewing room. Estimate that I have well over 10,000 yards of fabrics, most in 1/2 yard pieces or less. Like making quilts using lots and lots of fabrics. Right now, I'm cutting out strips for a Strip and Curves Class at my local quilt shop. Also like making jackets and bags.
Hobbies and Interests
quilting, applique, paper piecing, crazy quilting

Hey there,
Feel free to fly that flock down here! :o)
I've only made a few of them. They are quite tedious. Sounds like I'll REALLY feel comfortable making them after the Underground Railroad. Enjoy your day!

Sue,
Your Underground Railroad quilt is amazing! I received the book for Christmas. I'm finishing up the Egg Money Quilt now. I'm second guessing my border fabric:o(
Happy Quilting!

Old City Quilts, 347 High Street. They are on the right side if you are drving towards the river. I would say Burlington Bristol is the bridge to take. The have some large quilting machines which they will teach you how to use and then you can rent them by hour to quilt.

I have the same Bernina. They are a dealer. I got mine there but really need to practice. Judy is the owner but I think she is out for a family leave of abence. The people there are very nice. Good luck if you take a trip there.

I usually go to The Little Shop in Haddonfield. I also like The Old Quilt Shop in Burlington City. If you are into Batiks - Burlington has plenty.

Although I don't get there often the Pennington Quilt Shop is really great.

I used to work in Bensalem and my friend lives in Huntingdon Valley. That is how I got into quilting about 15 years ago.

I love the 2 of 6. Do you go to the Montgomeryville Quilt Shop. I live in NJ and either go to the Haddonfield store or Burlington. When I first started I went to Montogomeryville.

Hi Sue, your work is fabulous. There are a couple of us that would like to start an informal get together in between Lancaster and York. It would be nice if you could join us. Let me know your thoughts on the matter. Thanks Cheri
