Hi Susan, Thank you for the comments. The product I use is BubbleJetSet 2000. It comes in a bottle, is a clear liquid and you just soak white fabric in it and then let it dry. It says to use the fabric soon after treating. I cut freezer paper into 8X11 1/2 inch sheets and iron the fabric onto that. Then you print your photo. I find that doing it this way is much more cost effective for me. I happen to be a penny pincher! I hope this helps. I have ordered a yard of white broadcloth especially for photos from Nancy's Notions and a special heavy freezer paper already cut in the 8xll 1/2 sheets plus an acrylic template for cutting the fabric. I have seen where some people use a special silk fabric and it sounds like it would be great, too. I am sure you will do fine. Be sure to print out the photos to preview them before printing them on the fabric. This can use up a lot of ink, but it is worth it! Good sewing!
