I think one of our quilt guild members did a quilt using the same crayon techique but not sure- I know there was one at our show from kids drawings.  Did you ever make it to Quilt Lovers hangout while you were down in Ft Myers?

Susan I am so glad you commented back. I didn't realize I had a comment page. Boy, I don't know what drummer I have been marching to.  I signed up last year. And joined the Fast and Furious group. I haven't made any thing  from Fast and Furious yet. But do check in and read and write comments. And see what others have made.Really talented ladies and guys  out there.  I also like to read the main page from time to time. As I said I do quilt. I have made a few throws and table toppers and runners. I seem to like things that are quicker. And I did make a picture once. I belong to a local quilt guild and I enjoy going there. I love to see what other people have made And I do show things at there Show and Tell from time to time..That group is also talented.  As for me,I know what I like , but can't always get it together. That's why I tend to buy kits. Some times i do change them, And add something to then. Yesterday I got a kit from CT and a great book on table runners. There for all seasons. I'll be giving those a try. I also joined a Halloween block exchange. I never joined a block exchange before. I have two sets done and today I want to see if this other block works out. Then I might have 3. I want to mail them next week so have to get busy. Sorry I went on so long I tend to do that. Take care.

Hi Susan!  I saw your Boston and had to drop you a note.  I love your pictures of them. I love Boston's I have had 6 through the years. Right now, I have Anne Elizabeth. She is spoiled rotten . She is smart as a whip. She will be 2 years the 30th of Sept. She was 7 weeks when I got. her. My computer isn't working right or I would send you a picture of her. I hope to finally get my computer in the shop this week. It's been acting up since the 1st week in March. I love quilting and applique and gardening.

Yes, Susan I will post a pic of my War of 1812 quilt. As far as I know it has traveled from New York State to Ontario, so far. I believe at some point it will be going on to Pennsylvania and Colorado. It will be coming home sometime in 2014.

Thanks for asking and taking an interest. I'm flattered.

Glad to hear from you! I hope wedding #2 was fun today.  I am not close to West Yellowstone, driving through Montana  you know how long it takes to get through the whole state! I have been there and stayed at motels on our trips to Yellowstone, it is a beautiful place, where I live it is sort of flat and dry, not the beautiful pictures you see in the travel brochures, but it is only an hour's drive to the  Beartooth mountains so we do like to picnic there in the summer.

I hope your travels are safe and filled with fun!

How are you, Susan? I haven't seen you comment lately and I hope you are doing well. Maybe you are just having fun sewing!  :)
