About Me: We enjoy running a Bed and Breakfast out of our home! I've been addicted to quilting for almost 30 years! When I'm not working,
spending time with my Grandkids, who live nearby, teaching Sunday
School or doing bookkeeping, I am quilting!! I also love to walk with
my Granddog Buddy nearly everyday! Keeps us both young! I love this site, because I can be totally encouraged and motivated just by reading about and drinking in all the gorgeous creations displayed on your pages! Thank you for sharing!!

The Scrap Squad has been an adventure.....really fun but a little intimidating. The other 7 ladies, across the US and Canada, are just super ladies and so very talented. Most are professional quilters with longarms and years and years of professional experience. I do my own quilting on my domestic machine so it's not nearly as intricate as theirs. But I think the magazine wanted people of all skill levels represented in the squad. I call myself the resident model for "I might be able to this at home". LOL It's lots of fun and I'm learning a lot. Being required to work on a pattern different from any you've chosen in the past has been good for me too. The current one is so very different, but I like it! Unveiling, I believe, is March 29. I've seen some of the others....very cool!!!!! Keep in touch!

I enjoy taking scenery pictures. God made SE Alaska so beautiful and you don't need to look far to see His handiwork! Your dog is named Buddy just like mine, what kind is he?
