- I have worked at Connecting Threads since August of 1995 - I started when I was really young :). Over the years I've had many jobs and many titles, my current title is Director of Connecting Threads (unoffically I'm known as the Fabric Diva and I'm not sure if it's because I'm in charge of fabric or if it's because I'm really bossy). Outside of work I like to of course quilt, knit, read, and do wool applique. My husband and I have a little boy named Tyler and a cat named Barkley.

Boy, I sure don’t know how I got anything done before my son came along. At three he is in the “helping” stage and wants to help with EVERYTHING. God forbid any one flushes the toilet or throws anything in the trash themselves because apparently those are his jobs. Quilting, it seems, is not exempt from his help. I have been meaning to “spring clean” my sewing room all year but kept putting it off. I thought maybe if I just bit the bullet and did it then it might jump start my holiday sewing. Help Teri! I've been a member of Fast and Furious forever but the last few weeks I can't leave a comment. All other groups are fine but on F & F, I can type in the comment box but the Add Comment button doesn't work. I even tried to leave the group and rejoin but no luck. not sure if it is just me....but how is this Harry Burnett guy allowed to advertise on CT? I can understand one post mentioning his business as others do but these repeated ones are annoying and clearly commercial.Thanks for listening!

I love the new snowpeople pillow some how I had missed that pattern now I am going to have to get it.
How is Tyler haven't seen many pictures lately. I am sure enjoying this new grandbaby, I have gotten to spend more time with her then I did the other grands as babies.
