About Me

I have always been into sewing and crafts but always did I want to make a quilt. So I tried to make one without any knowledge in 1996, but then took a class and made a real quilt in 1998 and have been hooked ever since! I finally put together a scrap book of some of my quilts I have pictures of. WOW! I have made more then I knew. I have been married 35 years and have had an empty nest since 1995. I went to work full time 10 years ago and try to fit in quilting in between. I have been an avid gardener since 2000 when we bought our house here in the mountains of San Diego. I joined the local garden club and became the president the following year. Now I just help with speakers and such. So as you can see, I'm quite busy 99% of the time....
