Hi Ester, You got some great ribbons on such beautiful work. It's great. No, we aren't leaving until Tues and then will be gone 3-5 weeks. I don't know how often I'll be on, depending on which RV parks or dry camping we do. I'll try to post some pictures.

Hi Ester. No, my latest lqp quilt is Tridazzle made from 15 1/2" sq's cut into 4 piece triangles with a light and dark sewn together. I sure didn't take long to do and I really love it. I free motioned it and was pleased with how it turned out. I don't have any with tulips. Did you read my last blog? You have really been a busy gal and that's what keeps us young and giong strong. We should be done with the deck in a week or so and then we're off down the WA and OR coast, stopping at our favorite places and also crabbing. Yes, the weather has been cooler here and feels good. Maybe some rain on Thurs and if so, that's the day we'll run around doing errands. I'm giong to see if I can make a few small quilts for the Linus project. I don't know what size to make them, but will find out soon. You have a good week and TTYL. Hugs, Sharon

Thank you so much. "a city that is set on a hill......"

I see that your doggie helps you quilt too. My old Boston Terrier has to guard me as I work.

I see that you do free motion quilting. I am still trying to master the techinque.

Blessings!

I've tried the stained glass look - I wasn't too happy with it. Made two wall hangings as a Christmas effort for my church. People liked them but I was embarrassed for they were not "excellent" and I believe in excellence, especially in work for my Lord. I stuck the two away and will eventually dig up enough courage to try to make corrections... (Maybe if we hang them 'way up high they won't be a disgrace)
