I've been quilting now for about 10 years. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. And a full time job. It keeps me very busy. I will start in Jan 2012 as our guild President. Very nerves about that I hope it will be fun. Our quilt group is the Bee Happy Quilters.

Hey Missy- It's been a while since I've been on. I miss you! How is everything going? I have your row this time then we get ours back in March Yeah!! What will they come up with next? At church they are doing a fitness challenge for 8 weeks, we go up to body solutions on Mondays to get weighed in and do some sort of exercising. the first week we did aerbics, this week we did kick boxing....I'm sore. Tell everyone (well not everyone) at work I said HI!! What projects are you working on? I'm finishing up my sisters wall hanging today (the one with the funny sayings on it, remember?) to give to her tomorrow its her birthday. I better go get my uncle ready for the day. Be careful on the ice.
My cactus is a pinkish orangey color, I think ..it's still in bud form.

Hi I am also a new member of the slackers groupand I am starting to get involved in Sylvia's Bridal Sampler . I don't have a large stash of fabric but I do have alot of 1930's reproduction fabric. Is there anyone interested in swaping blocks. Barbara Donaldson
Go to meet & share on your 'page' and in the drop down you will find groups, click on that and you will find all the groups here at QWU. That is where you can click on a group. Also in meet & share drop down you can go to quilters and then find people that way. You can look for these people and I know they will help you. Chris Bell/IA, scroogie/NC, maryam,nebraska, karen/ID, or Nancy/NC......these ladies are just a few of us in the slacker group. CU soon......
