Love your Bella Bella quilt. I'm almost finished doing one - Cosmati II. I've put the quarters together and now will applique the center. This will really slow things down a bit, but I'm excited to finish.
Working at a quilt shop is great! I work the shop one day and on the other two days I work on their Gammill longarm. Have only been on the longarm for a year so I'm still a newbie. The pantograms are fun, but my custom work needs lots more practice. The best part about working at a quilt shop is the discount!! I definitely spend more than I make LOL
Hi Judy. Thank you for your kind comments on my Geese and Lady of the Lake quilts. I'm not offended at all if you want to make a Lady in purple. After all, I dreamed about mine for years before I made it. Your Bella Bella quilt is fantastic. You're very talented, Judy.
I really love all your quilts. They are very creative. I have a Baby Lock too. It's a real work horse for me. My repair man says I should take it in twice a year instead of once for cleaning. He can't see how I get it so dirty. I'm sure it's the paper pieceing. I have no regrets about buying it. Someday before I retire I'll get an embroidery machine, but until then I'm happy.
