Power is on!
Hurricane Irene wrecked a bit of havok here on the pond in Maine ~ we lost power midday on Sunday and got it back on yesterday. It was a challenge trying to keep the refrigerator running enough to keep from spoiling anything and luckily we have friends with an empty freezer to pop our stuff into!! I took my 'bath' in the pond ~ it was not tooooooo cold!! LOL!!
When you have no electricity, you realize how much you take it for granted! I couldn't do anything! I thought I might do…
