I actually got a picture to post in my blog post......alrighty!  I finished Block 6 of Cobblestone Lane.  I have one more identical block to do.  This was a challenge for sure.  I've only sewn one other simple raw edge applique block.

I finally found a block that was easy for me....grin.  I posted it on My Page.

Hope things are going well for everyone.  My grandkids are ready to go back to school in a week or so, and they are excited.  At least until they come home from their first day of school.

I finished my K-6 of my Dear Jane quilt.  It's posted on My page if you want to check it out. 

Hope everyone is having a good day.  I did!  Mick and I went to see Captain America, ate puffy tacos at Tio Dan, and then a Round Rock Donut.    Ohhhhhhhhhhh....they assured me there were no caolories involved.

On the hobby front, I posted a couple of pictures from this years Designer Mystery from Fat Quarter Shop.  I'm in love with these fabrics.  I think it's Strawberry Fields.

This one ate my lunch....grin.  I couldn't get my foundation pattern to print out so I made my own.  That was interesting.  Nevertheless, it's not perfect but finished.

I'm having trouble uploading pictures, but I posted two new blocks on my page. 

I've spent the last month taking care of Mom and have done very little sewing.  She's doing well and is in independent living and loving it.

since I last posted.  We've been trying to get Mom set up in Assisted Living.  She 90 now, but still has more energy than me.  At the pace she is moving, it will be next year.....grin.....well maybe by May.

We had to put my precious puppy to sleep today.  I posted about Sam on my blog for those that may be interested.
