We returned from Beaverton on Monday, taking the alternate route, which goes through/by Eugene. We had a lovely view of Mt. Washington as we came over Santiam Pass.

One of the planned chores I had set for myself this past week was to repair this hole in my favorite afghan.

We're having some nice weather, with temperatures in the 50-60ºF range (in January!), so on Saturday, we took the pups to the dog park.
On Sunday, we finally had some real snow here in Bend. I think it was a little over an inch.
It has been a rough two weeks. My "flu" turned out to be pneumonia, and then, before I was recovered, I caught a cold from DH. Each day is a little better, though, and I'm finally able to sleep at night, propped up on pillows. I've made some progress on the Nurmilintu Shawl, though.
