Wish I'da had my camera...

Those who've read my profile know I work from a home office. The great thing about working from home is the flexibility. No clothing expense, no office drama and no travel expense. The bad thing about working from home is that the work is always THERE. I have a hard time leaving it when there is still work to be done. (Which is why I'm still at my desk at 8 p.m. instead of quilting!)

Storms on the Prairie

Good morning quilters! Last night I had a little time to applique stems on blocks for a new quilt while waiting for my husband. He'd been to a funeral some distance away and was going to be late getting home. The kids had gone to bed and it was a still, peaceful evening to stitch when suddenly the wind started shrieking.
