We had the wonderful opportunity this weekend to visit one of the Big 5 (forgive the pun) of tourist attractions in South Africa! Since I was a small girl my parents took us to the Kruger National Park and now we do this with the boys! Enjoy the animals with us!

Good morning ladies! My husband bought me a Moda Summer's End Jelly Roll to make a lapsize quilt for my mother-in-law. I have a few projects going on at the moment, but in the meantime I would like to search for the "perfect pattern". (I consider it part of the fun!) Can anyone please suggest a jelly roll pattern that I can use? Or a website I can find one? Thank you!

On my husband's recent business trip to the small village of Winterton in the Drakensberg Mountains, we came across this restaurant. I immediately thought about my friends from America and Canada. The restaurant is a well known, chain restaurant here with all American names, like Nebraska, Montana etc...
