I've been busy working but I thought I'd post my latest table of my SBS blocks. I'm really enjoying these blocks and learning a lot of techniques too. Fun stuff!
Here's my table:

As of Tuesday I'm no longer stuck at home. It feels great to get out, although I haven't hit my LQS yet. I'm sure I will soon!
I've gotten a bunch of new blocks done for my Sylvia's Bridal Sampler, but I'm not going to post them individually. Instead, here's my grid with a black background and all the blocks I've completed so far:

I've been getting a lot of my SBS blocks made while I'm on home confinement. No, I'm not wearing an electronic monitoring device but an IV stand is my companion for about three hours twice a day. I've got an infection and rather than leaving me in the hospital they sent me home to get antibiotics by IV. Fortunately I already had a port installed so it's not as big a deal as it could have been.
Since I'm on home IV therapy I'm not allowed to leave the house except for doctor's appointments. I in…

This is the Tennessee block for my SBS quilt. Anyone have any helpful hints for Y seams? When I sew to the pivot place I cannot seem to reposition the fabric for the second seam.
Thanks!

I had a lot of fun doing this block, especially choosing the colors. It came out looking kind of southwesty, but still in keeping with my brights theme.

Here's my Arizona block. This one was fun to make. I paper pieced it; it's always so nice when all the seams line up perfectly. Eventually I'm going to have to work on my regular piecing so that I don't have to do paper piecing to get any kind of accuracy.

So I went back and looked at Bachelor's Puzzle again and decided I had to try and use colors that will make the boxes three dimensional. Hope I succeeded!

I'm trying to get at least one SBS block in every day. It doesn't really matter to me how quickly I put this quilt together, but it guarantees that I'll spend at least an hour at my machine, and that's enough time to relax and enjoy it.
Here's today's block:

I've gotten lost for about a week; had a nasty infection and ended up needing five days in the hospital on IV antibiotics. I'm back home now, on IV's for part of the day, but not far from my sewing room.
So here's my next SBS block. The bright colors helped with my mood!

Here's my next block for SBS. I wanted to try set in and Y seams and did okay with them. The block is a little hinky so I might do it over; maybe it will look better tomorrow!
Here it is:

I've just begun making blocks for a Sylvia's Bridal Sampler quilt and I've joined the slackers group here. It's a lot of fun and I recommend it highly. I'm behind already, but I will catch up soon. Here are my first two blocks:
