Quilt With Us

Thank you for all the wonderful comments on the quilt "Rebooting the Motherboard" I appreciate it. This week I have been working on this car fabric wallhanging. It is a new techique that I am trying out. I know its not finished yet, still trying to decide an a background. All the pieces were cut smaller then the template to let the black show thru. The technique I saw... they used a white background. It is very similar to stained glass, as you do the same thing with the pattern and the black lines would become the solder lines. The local APL is having a car show and the proceeds go to them. I was going to see if they wanted to action it off this piece.

I love it! Think you should do the "little Nash Rambler"....you're probably way to young to remember that one but such a cute song! Anxious to see final project!

WOW!! that is fantastic! I've tried the method you described, but flopped at it.. Apparently, our cat, Chewy, felt the same way, cuz he used it to relieve himself on.
