Quilt With Us

We are in the middle of our first snowstorm; it is the heavy and wet stuff. It is a winter wonderland; trees are heavily laden. Cars are in the ditches; we are just staying put all snug in the house. So far 4 inches has fallen; may get up to 10 inches. I guess it's OK as it's good to get a layer of it before the ground freezes hard for the winter. The grandkids started a snowfort; of course, they can't wait till we take the snowmobiles out.

Oh, dear, I just may have to quilt or just read a good book. Just started reading a Nora Roberts book; 4th (last) book in wedding series.

Happy quilting.

OK---I'm a big Nora Roberts fan also. Is this a new series or did I miss something along the way? We may go to our daughter's for Thanksgiving and if it is a new series I may have to make her take me to Borders. I have been so busy quilting, that I have not paid much attention to what is happening in the book world.

Please keep that white stuff over on your side of the lake, please. We're supposed to get rain tonight and temps in the 40's for the next week - big diff from sunshine and temps in the mid sixties to seventy we had this past week.
