A Busy Easter Weekend--Lamb Cake Decorating

Well, here are the lamb cakes ready and waiting to go to their new homes for the weekend. They may look like same, but the one on the left is lemon flavored and the one on right is vanilla. The vanilla one decided overnight that he would lean back and rest his head a bit, which nearly resulted in me having a heart attack this morning, but I fixed him with a little more fleece frosting around his neck and now he is fine. I rolled up a bit of foil behind him for stability too, so that should help. Why that one leaned abit I have no idea. I think it has to do with the fact the lemon one I was able to thicken up a bit with some pudding mix, and there really isn't a white vanilla pudding out there--except white chocolate that wouldn't turn the color of the cake yellow. It's funny though, how each was made from the same mold, yet have totally different personalities isn't it? Kind of makes you think about how God created each of us from His mold, yet we are all different in our own little ways...

May you each enjoy this beautiful holiday weekend whether you spend it with family and friends or quietly alone-let the hope of the Resurrection bring you Peace--

Just love the smile! Did get to see three real sheeps and feel them this past week; while they were eating in the pasture.

Beautiful!  You have a wonderful talent.  I  agree with Linda "Sue",  it must be difficult to cut into them.

Easter blessings to all!

These are adorable Rhonda!  My 12 yr old dgs liked them too.  I was thinking they would also be adorable to use for a baby shower cake.
