a little thank you

First thank you to all the positive feed back from my post about lay last post. I have got the blocks pieced to my new sashings and it is looking pretty good. I'm working on the borders next. When they are on I will try to post a picture. Thanks to all for the encouraging words. Helped to motivate me to keep plugging along with it. And yes I'm sure my DD will love it and not notice the lost points.

 Glad you are still working on your quilt.  This is what helps me.To help me get the point just right, I make sure I sew on the side I can see where it will cross the tip of the point, sewing just hair above it.

So happy that you are feeling better about the quilt.  Sounds like it's going to turn out just fine.  Daughters always love what their Moms make especially for them.

That's what I enjoy about this site - encouragement, helpful feedback, quilt inspiration, and just plain fun.  I've learned a lot visiting with folks here and made a few friendships along the way.  We'll look forward to pictures.
