Quilt With Us

I've been working on some fall projects and enjoying using

some of my leaf fabric. And my 60 degree ruler. I tried using a piece of fleece for a backing on a small rail fence throw. I didn't put in any batting, so it is fairly light and soft. Since the fleece is kind of stretchy I was careful to use more basting pins than usual and did not try to do any fancy free motion quilting; I just kept it simple with good ol' straight lines. I like the way it came out so I may use fleece again.
Had a great time on the Massachusetts Shop Hop last weekend; a good chance to visit the variety of shops in Western Mass.

Great work. You are quite talented. I love all the fall projects you completed and the creativity of using the fabric patterns as a part of the design. Can't wait to see your Christmas projects.

I like all of your fall pieces. Makes me miss New England, though here in western Tennessee we had our first frost and are getting some nice color. I don't find as many nice fall fabrics here as I did up north. Thanks for the touch of home.

These are great! Where did you find all the fall fabrics? Were they from various pieces or a jelly roll? I would like to get some as well.
