Best Single Booth - Crazy Old Ladies

Best Double booth - Sandi Henderson Design Missoula MT

Best Muli booth - Riley Blake of Draper Utah

I didn't get very many photos but thought you might like to see who won the awards for Best Booths'.  To take a photo you have to have permission plus I was a little nervous to leave my booth so  I didn't get around a lot.  I did make the final list of favorite booths on the list put out on Sunday by the

FabShop.com booth.  Needless to say I did a little happy dance....just because I was so tired and being goofie.   Then on Saturday, Jinny Beyer came into my booth and I'm ashamed to say I don't know why.  We talked and she told me I had a nice booth and she left.  I forgot I even had a camera and felt like a ditz for being tongue tied.  It was such an amazing moment.  To meet someone that was part of my early days of quilting proved to be too much for me I guess.  Maybe I'll have another time....NOT, I'll just have to admit to myself that I "blew it", big time.   I also had the pleasure of Terri and Melissa (CT) coming by on Friday and my DSIL got a photo of the three of us on Terr's camera.  Again, my camera was still in my purse.   I promise to do better next time.

On my way home now...in Twin Falls, Idaho.  I'm pooped and glad to be heading home.

Hey, be nice to yourself! You've worked HARD and done a great job. FYI--the more famous the person the less likely it is to have a camera in hand.

Got to be amazed at the creativity!  Everyone's is so different!  Glad you had fun!  I used to do trade shows with my parents and I know how exhausting they are. You've earned your rest.  Don't worry about being 'Star struck', it happens to all of us. You have the memory, and you'll have another chance I'll bet! Have a great trip home!

Sounds like a good (but exhausting) time!  I hope somebody got a picture of your booth?

Hey, sometimes we have senior moments, and unfortunately for you, they came at the most inappropriate time!  Well, maybe Jinny Beyer is a member here at QWU and will see your post and will make another visit!  Lovely photo of you and the girls from CT!  Glad you are on your way back, travel safely and hope to see more of your travels!

You accomplished what you set out to do, having fun, working hard and meeting people. Now, you should stop and smell a few roses on the way home to celebrate. Nothing but rain, flooding, and some sunshine in the NW. I've enjoyed all the pictures that you put on here.

Rest up and then you can let us in on how well you did.

Was it a public vote

Thanks for sharing the pics with us. Don't beat yourself up for not getting pics of Jinny Beyer. Even if it might be a "one time only" chance of a lifetime, you got to see and talk with her. That is special in itself. With all the work it took to get there and the travel time, you have reasons for not thinking clearly. You can correct any mistakes for the next "show". I hope you did well on this one.
