We have returned. Ok the camping trip was short but well worth the trip out of town even if it was just over night. We had a great day yesterday, nearly 20 people cramed into one group site down near Mossyrock Wa. Wise man that he was had found a spot with the group but away from the group which was nice. I heard tale of some heavy snoring going on the night before. Last night is another story. A camp over was filled with boys who at 3:00 am decided it was time to play Marco Polo. Talk about a rude awaking. Then there were the kids on the other side of the camp that decided that they were going scoutting for wood. We had pleny and I think they were eyeballing the pile seriously. If they had only asked we would be more than happy to share. The sneeking in at night was not a bright idea on there part and once they realized that we were awake from the moments earlier Marco Polo escapade they backed off.
The weather was great and sence I didn't have anything else to do, I baked myself in the sun. It's funny how worried everyone was getting when they saw how pink I was getting. :: Big Smiles::: I am part Indian and I haven't had a sunburn in years, ok decades, ok sence I was a little kid. Today they realized that I didn't need the 50+ sunscreen or the first aid for second or third degree burns. I only got the one photo, my home away from home posted below. Every one was coming in and out of camp and the food, lord have mercy. 10 couples and piles and piles of food. I will sleep good tonight in my bed. :)
