The wheather in NYC has been so hot that I went to my friend's farm in NJ. It was so quiet and peaceful. I was able to get alot of sewing done. I'm trying to finish my UFO's, so I can have things cleared for the fall.
I found a quiet spot near a pond and sat there sewing my EPP. I was so good to get out of the city for awhile. I'm trying to get a better job, so I can move to the NJ or CT. I need to be someplace quiet. even though I was raised in the city, I rather live in the country or suburbs. I'm taking alot of daytrips during the weekend, to scout around for places.
I had a lovely time! I hope to go back next weekend!

Comment by Pam/NY on August 6, 2012 at 6:48am Beautiful spot...cities are for the young and brave! Gets harder to live that lifestyle the older you get. Good luck with your search!

Looks like you've already picked a perfect spot. I'm a country girl and always have been and always will be.
