Cup Cozies
This year for our secret Santa in the office I drew Judy's name. Around that same time she asked me if I wanted to sew the photography sample of the Cup Cozy Kit, joking that when I was done I could give them to her. She had no idea that I had her name! I ended up giving her the heart cozy and kept the other for myself.

hese cozies have smaller pieces than I usually work with but I was surprised they sewed up quite quickly and easily. (I will admit to taking longer than I normally would because I was doing them to be photographed and that added a bit of stress I don't usually feel). While it's too late to get more done for this Christmas, I really want to make several more to have on hand as gifts. We drink a lot of Starbucks coffee in this area so I'm sure I'll find plenty of opportunities for gifting.

Comment by Judy/WA on December 23, 2008 at 8:57am - It was a horrible feeling when I discovered I threw my Cup Cozy away with my cup. The worst part is that your friends never let you forget it :) I am very careful with my new cozy. I love it and use it all of the time.
