You all probably know about these already but I've just discovered them...Curtain Clips! I hung a curtain rod in my bedroom...see below...and i just clip the quilt up! I havent thought about these before because in my day...they use to be made with prongs...and you squeezed the hoop together and those "teeth" would bite into your fabric! Now they're made differently and are much easier on the fabric. Now I'll be able to switch up new quilts any time I desire! They also have large ones that fit my wooden rod...also pictured below.

Comment by Shannon, ON on January 22, 2013 at 9:35am Terrific idea and beautiful quilts. re: "ripples". I don't see any and who cares anyway? The quilts are just plain gorgeous. When you are finished with the green and red one you can send it to me, ok? :o)
Comment by Irene Gallway on January 22, 2013 at 8:08am Roz, thanks for sharing this imformation with us. I didn't like the old style hooks even for my curtains. Your quilts are both beautiful, but I must admit I'm partial to the red and green one.
Comment by Roz on January 22, 2013 at 7:50am Hi Roz, I love your quilts and the way you have them displayed. Is the red and green one a pattern from somewhere? How much weight can those clips hold?
Comment by Donna Sykes on January 22, 2013 at 5:33am Great idea. I am looking to hang a quilt and will have to check out these clips. They may be less expensive than what I have been looking at.
Comment by Roz on January 22, 2013 at 5:02am I too use the clips. Very pretty quilts. You can get good deals on clips from Ikea.
Comment by Carol Ann Hinton on January 21, 2013 at 8:40pm Is it my imagination, or does the use of the curtain clips cause the quilt to "ripple" when it is hanging? It looks convenient, but I think I prefer my hanging quilts to lie as flat as possible against the wall. Anyway, most quilt shows require sleeves for hanging on free-standing display racks. Just saying.
