So you can freeze the starter..... I've never been sure what to do .

Their in the oven now. And I have 2 starters, wish you lived closer.....LOL

I used to exchange the Amish Friendship bread starter with my co-workers.  I still have one sitting in the freezer, not sure if it's still good. 

They are delicious - and you can make almost anything with them.  I tried a batch once with rum and honey and raisin....mmmm...
