Quilt With Us

Just me again with new photos.  Previously I think I mentioned my DH is now retired and trying a new hobby---woodworking.  He has completed 2 projects for me to display my quilts.

The first photo is a quilt ladder which stands in our mudroom (entry room); he did a great job.  Staining done by yours truely.  Oops!  You have to turn your PC to view upright.  Sorry.

Second photo is a quilt rack with light that hangs at the end of our upstairs hallway; a terrific job.  Yours truely painted it black.

Love the quilt racks.  I need another one to display some of my quilts.  My husband also likes to work with wood.  He has a new project and doesn't know it yet.  lol   Your quilts are beautiful!!!

WOW! They are both wonderful. How terrific that you have your personal quilt rack maker. He's a keeper!

He'll be kept busy when your quilting buddies see those. Excellent design...I have a couple smaller ones...nothing as nice as yours. Your quilts are just gorgeous and SHOULD be displayed so everyone can enjoy them. I had my husband hang a heavy duty curtain rod the length of my sewing room 4inches from the ceiling. I hang some of my quilts over my work space.

Nice!  Looks like you two have a great partnership!  I especially like the idea of a quilt rack with a light.  A beautifully done rack to display your artwork.
