Found a very nice quilt shop in the middle of NOWHERE!
Just found a cute shop - way off the beaten path! It is one of the nicest shops I've ever been in. Service was great and the prices are quite reasonable. If you are ever in the NE Washington area - north of Spokane, come on down to see it - I'll take you myself... just let me know! It is awesome - you can preview on a new website they have at www.cottagequiltshop.com..... I don't usually get excited about these shops - too expensive. But this was nice one.... if you are in the NE Wa area and have a hankering to shop - check it out - the address is on their web site.
I bought some Christmas fabrics and a small project pattern - I need something quick and easy to finish in a day - I'm way too busy outside!

If you are up for a driver further west, head to Ritzville, they have a darling quilt shop! Oh, and by the way, they share the shop with the local liquor store! No kidding. You walk in the door and on the right is the quilt shop and and the left is the liquor store! Great fun and a wonderful photo op!

I wish I lived closer to that quilt shop...it's so nice when a shop realizes it isn't about the inventory so much as customer service. I'll take friendly, caring owners over a huge selection any day.
