Quilt With Us

DH and I got home last night from 5 days in Arizona with Bailey and her mom and dad.  What a great trip it was.  This gingerbread house was her "homework" from preschool.  She had great fun decorating it. We did lots of snuggling and book reading and singing.  Happy Nana!

I'm so behind on Christmas sewing that I think I am now ahead on it ... for next year! LOL

I did get a BBQ apron made for Adam from a pair of old jeans.  I plan to make more of these. Quite easy and fun!

Miss Bailey looks like she is having fun and doing a very good job on her homework. Hope you enjoyed the warmer weather, so you could come back to the cold. She is a very beautiful little girl and I know how proud you are of her. By the way, the BBQ apron is fantastic.

So glad that you are home safely and that you had a wonderful time.  Bailey is so grown up....preschool? already?  Seems like just yesterday she was walking for the first time.  Arizona is so much farther away than Portland so I know you  miss seeing them more often.    Now that you're home you can work on staying warm.  It's been so cold here lately.  Welcome to the Gushy Grandma Club...

What a cutie she is.  She is definitely taking her "job" of decorating the gingerbread house seriously.

Ahh I knew there had to be a reason you weren't posting.  So glad to hear that you got to visit the family before Christmas.  Miss BaiLey certainly is growing into a beautiful young lady.  I would try the BBQ outfit here but it would like we were in the BBQ with holes in our jeans.

So happy Nana, that you had a great trip, and had so much time with Bailey! She is getting so big!  Love the idea of the Apron!   Looks great too!  I bet you both enjoyed the weather too?  I am doing the same with gifts I am making.  They will be given next Christmas.  Not pushing myself this year, it takes away from loving on my grandson.  He just turned two months old.  So happy you had a fun, great trip!   Welcome back!   Hugs Morgan oxoxoxoxoxox

Wow, little Bailey is getting so grown up. I'm glad you were able to get a Bailey fix. It's amazing how different the Grandma business is compared to the Mom job.
