Quilt With Us

I want to wish everyone a safe, happy & prosperous 2018.  I made a good dent in finishing a lot of UFOs in 2017 & my goal is to continue doing that in 2018.  I look around at all of the quilts in my house & shake my head wondering all the while why I need to make any more, but that doesn't stop me in the long run.

Happy New Year!   Keep on quilting, it's great therapy!

You are so right Pam.  And for as cold as it has been here in Mid-MO, it doesn't hurt to have some extra quilts on hand.  After I left my Quilts of Valor meeting today I decided to stop in to a Chinese restaurant for lunch.  They had a back door propped open while they were bringing in a delivery & I like to have froze to death.  Ended up putting my coat over my lap while I ate lunch.  It was 4 degrees above zero when I left home this morning and was only at 24 degrees when I stopped for lunch.  BRRR

Irene, I hope you have a wonderful 2018.  We stayed home last night too.  Our grandson Will was here.  His girlfriend came over & they watched UTube videos on my computer while Larry watched tv & I read a book.  It has been so cold that I just couldn't see going out & dealing with people.

Happy New Year to You as well. I have always said quilting is addictive. But it's fun and keeps us from getting bored. I didn't go out any where for New Years.  A quiet evening at home made me happy.
