Quilt With Us

I haven't posted in oh, so long. Like Deb, I'm almost (I say almost) embarrassed to post.

As I've been reading to catch up, I found the post about sharing and even though it's a bit late in coming, I just want to say that we need to continue.

I do enjoy this site and all of your posts. I have to agree with Pam and all the others that sharing our personal stories and anecdotes are what make us the social animals that we are. Please keep sharing. We are quilters, but we are so much more than that.  I don't post often, but I do check in and follow the posts. Some of you have become like old friends, and I would hate to lose that personal connection.

There! That's my two cents worth.

Everyone have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Like PQ said, We're pretty sure that our grandmas weren't just talking about quilts when they sat around a frame...that's how many learned child rearing, husband rearing, cooking, and etc...

Hey good minds think alike....right?  I think your comment is worth more than 2 cents...I agree...if someone doesn't want to read a post they don't have to.  Happy Turkey Day.

It's good to hear from you again! Happy catching up! This is a great place, filled with friends with whom we have much in common, but who also sometimes do things we don't get to do. It makes it exciting!

Lana, that was my sentiments exactly.  Have a Happy Thanksgiving and be safe and enjoy your day and turkey.
