Quilt With Us

When I read the blog posts and some of the posts have pictures, like today I think there were 3 with photos, 1 of a plant, another of soccer players, and another of a quilt, the only one I could tottally make out and was not distorted was the plant.. the soccer one and the quilt one I had to scroll down 1 and a half screens and couldn't make out any details.. is there something in my settings I can fix to make the pictures come through correctly?

thanks in advance.
Marci

If any of you are using Internet Explorer version 6, that's the problem. This site supports 7 and up, but version 6 users will only have a few small problems, like no spell check, some photos (not all) are stretched, etc. You can find out your version by clicking on Internet Explorer Help, then About IE and you'll see your version. It's a free upgrade at the MicroSoft site to go to version 7 or 8.

my pictures come out that way when I post them on my laptop. On my desktop they are fine. Thank you for asking the question as I would like a answer also.

I think I have a problem too. I notice when people are posting pictures on their blogs, it comes out very long and distorted on my computer and I really can't see it very well. When people put their pics on a slide show however, they look just fine.

I don't know about settings and stuff but my husband says most of the time it is the quality of the photo not the computer that makes the difference.
