Hi Aida, I'm Barb and I live on the Manchester/Hooksett line.  This is the first time I have found someone on line who lives close to me.  Your quilting is just beautiful.

We ended up with about 10 inches where I am yesterday.  I'm so looking forward to Spring!!!

I hear you Aida, I'm south of you and got about 7".  Watching weather this am they said we've had measurable snow 9 out of February's 18 days.  31 days to Spring, we can make it!

Spring is in 31 days, let's keep our fingers crossed!

Gayle, snow is too fluffy for snowball, and underneath this new snow is 2 inches of ice from two days ago.  But, I made a banana smoothie and added fresh snow turning it into slushie (?); after I finished mine, I remembered the brandy, too late; I would have become slushed (?); anyways, shoveling was a good exercise, although my shoulder is starting to ache.  Now off for a hot shower to relax the sore muscles.

Just got done shoveling - we got about 9.5 inches of fluffy snow, that's from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm; will probably get another inch by midnight.

Up here in northwest corner of Wisconsin, too.  About 6 inches yesterday.  Heat wave today 37 degrees.  More snow Thurs/Fri; I think we're on the edge of 6-9 inches or 9-12 inches.  Lord only knows how much we'll get.  I guess I won't worry as I'm going to quilt camp tomorrow till Sunday.  Won't matter if we get snowed in there.  Happy quilting!

gayle can i send you 2 as well? we had another 5" or so on the weekend. i just shoveled my front walkway to the curb but have not done the back yet. luckily everytime it has snowed SINCE the ice storm it has been dry fluffy snow. we have another melt coming which means more ice if it freezes up again. i would prefer it stayed colder.snow is better than ICE for sure!!

pam i read that your area has the most snow of the entire U.S. on average. something to be proud of ;o) (bad grammar i know)

Well we have warmer weather finally but it is not the old usual for Louisiana. I like the 70* temp we are having but I could use a bit more sunshine. I had enough of that cold stuff, as a matter of fact I had to go waste about $150.00 this past week to get told that I have an upper respiratory infection and get a couple of prescriptions. They haven't helped as of yet but the Dr. did tell me that it would just have to work its way thru in 7-10 days. Give me back my money then! lol
Sorry about the snow and to be really nice, I will let you send me 2 snowballs to help you get rid of the nasty stuff.

Aida it's on it's way here, but it's only predicting 1-3 inches in my part of Maine.  I think it said they were leaving most of it for you guys.  And Pam if you can "spare" it we could sure use some sun with "heat" in it.
