Quilt With Us

This is how we celebrated the 4th; our step-grandson got married.  Here's some photos of the bride and groom and my DGD (almost 16) and DGS (14) who were one of the 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen.  They are younger sister and brother of the groom.  This grandma thinks they are beautiful.

Last photo is the camouflage king quilt I made for them about 1 1/2 years ago; it has been hiding in my sewing room closet.  They loved it; their specs were camo and pink.  Luckily I found both.

I'm not good at posting photos and narrative; nothing turns out in the order I want them.

Congrats to the newlyweds.  Looks like a lovely spot for a wedding.  We celebrated our 29th anniversary on July 4. Quilt is beautiful.

So beautiful! It looks like the weather cooperated and they make a lovely couple. I remember the quilt process--not everyone can do camo and pink but you did a great job.

Beautiful couple! I love his shoes! My nephew wore a pair of tennis shoes that matched his dates dress for prom, his mother wasn't impressed but I thought it was cute and so him!

The quilt is awesome! Thanks for sharing!

What a beautiful family!  I can not think of a better way to have spent the holiday.  They must have been thrilled with that quilt.  King size, too!  Looks like the weather also cooperated for the happy event.

Nice way to spend the holiday.  Should be an easy anniversary date to remember.  :)
