Life is about experiences!
Life is all about experiences! Good experiences create good memories. This is exactly what happened this previous weekend. Neil Diamond is currently on tour in South Africa for the first time ever. My hubby especially is a big fan and last year when reservations opened we realized our budget isn't going to allow Mr Diamond's show... You can imagine our excitement when hubby received an invitation last week to attend the show as guests of a company they are doing business with! And what a treat! They booked us into a luxury guesthouse...spa bath in our room etc. We had lunch at a beautiful golf estate and then they transported us to Soccer City in a luxury bus! This was our first visit to Soccer city. Can you imagine how it sounds when 50 000 people sing "Sweet Caroline"?! In a way I couln't imagine our dream came true...a very sweet memory...

Lanie I am very envious. I think it is a wonderful experience for you. I have never been to see him
either but his music is #1. The only trouble is with the noise you don't hear Neil. Another way of looking at i5 is it is so much fun with a huge crowd.

I'm jealous! What an experience that would have been. I've always loved Neil Diamond and the sound of all those people singing must have been tremendous. That is a memory you will always treasure.
