Quilt With Us

The Mariner Compass quilt is quilted.  It took me a bit longer than planned, hummm they always seem to do that to me.  All I need to do now is find the material I was using so that I can make the binding and get that put on the quilt and call it finished.  I ran into some problems with this one.  Sense it is set on point, I had to turn the quilt to get to the side setting triangles and had problems with the tension once it was turned.  I will work on that on the next quilt. I'm hoping to find the material and get the front side of the binding stitched on tomorrow and work on the back hand stitching while I am baby sitting Aiden on Saturday. Yeah that will never happen! It's DD and DSIL's  2nd anniversary, and I agreed to watch my favorite little man while they go out for dinner.

Now don't that feel good?!?! I know you have been through a lot the past couple years and I can only imagine your joy being able to quilt again.

I hope you have a great weekend !
