Quilt With Us

As you can see our family has grown since the 4th of July.  Sewing has been out of the question. I sleep when they nap!!  smile.......  What a joy and laughter we have shared.  Don't you just love the picture of Skeeter resting his head on Ginger when the puppies are trying to sneek a snack from mom?  I have been on a few times trying to catch up with what is going on with the QWU family but truly like any baby these puppies grow so fast and I am enjoying every minute I have with them until they go to other homes or just grow enough so we can all live in harmony with one another.  We have our routines and they adapt so well.  I have a home made bed that dh made for them and where do they sleep? Underneath my side of the bed. I take a mirror at night to make sure they are all there.

I'll get back in the swing of things soon with my sewing, I hope, Kathy my projects none have gotten done!!!!  Just wanted to let you guys see what I have been up to.  I have loads of pics on fb if you are interested friend me with QWU in your title (if you can do that) and you can see how they are growing.  Puppy Breath has never been sweeter!!!!  Hugs to all!!  Linda

I love puppy breath too, there is a lot of that in the air here!!!  Ginger is doing great. Thanks for asking Peggy.  Just about finished nursing.  She did let Freedom have a snack before he went to bed but those times are getting fewer and fewer.  She and Skeeter are back to their old play and seem to love each other more than ever. I just can't get over these two dogs.  I have decided to have Ginger spayed because I don't want any more pups.  I get way to attached.  At this point I'm not sure any of these will be going to homes away.  I am in no hurry but it is expensive to raise one or two dogs and I can't imagine 5.  My brother may take one but his wife is ill right now and I am afraid it would be bad timing and a friend of mine in Florida is coming up in October and she wants one but the one she wants is dh's favorite.  This is a really tough situation to be in.  The love is so strong, and right now dealing with the smell of puppy breath, and soft sweet kisses and the smell of their fur, and the pitter patter of their feet playing and running down the hall, need I say more???????    Robin just for you I will post some more pictures to my page, I have many as you can imagine.  Thanks everyone for your sweet comments!!  Hugs, Linda
