Quilt With Us

So I need some advice. I made a quilt back, but I like it too much to be a backing for that particular quilt! I want it to be a front. So I have it laid out (a little sloppily, sorry) with a piece of fabric I'm thinking of using as a backing.  I know backings don't necessarily have to match the front, but do you think this looks good at all? It's CT fabric, called Soaked.  The patchwork is done in CT's Urban Odyssey, which goes back to 2012 at least. I hope this is a good enough picture to judge. There's no white in the patchwork front part, so that's the part I'm unsure of with my choice of backing. Thanks for the help!

Looks good to me. Now you can have lots of fun quilting with tear drops, rain, lighting, clouds different threads and so on.

The backing colors pick out the quilt colors and look great together. I agree with Pam on the binding. I like how you designed the front and your color choices.

Looks good to me.  Colors blend well.  Go for it.

Looks great - colors work well together, and both appear to have a graphic feel.  Go for it!

I agree with the others, Kathleen.  Looks good!  I agree with Pam's suggestion on the binding, too.

Thank you everyone. I appreciate the input. I haven't decided on the binding yet but will keep Pam's suggestion in mind. Not sure if I have any of the green fabric left.

I too think both fabrics would look great together.

Absolutely!!! What color are you using for the binding??? I would try to pick a color that compliments both sides...like the green fabric.
