I am currently working on a string quilt, it is so easy - matching points! how much easier than that can you get. I am kinda new to quilting like starting over, I am taking classes from a wonderful group of girls, I took my first class about 25 years ago machine quilting
made a few things and then had a family! Wish I had kept it up, so now things sure have changed, new tools, kinda new ways- maybe just easier! But I am loving and learning every minute of it!
Will post a picture of my quilt when I figure it out -How to post pictures.

Happy quilting!

Welcome Cheryl. Quilting techniques have changed over time, and they keep changing constantly today. My DH has never been concerned with all the new gadgets I get to help making quilts easier, as a woodworker he knew you had to have the right tool or jig to help put things together. This is a great place to learn what is going on. And if you have a question, someone will have an answer or at least be there to struggle with you. Look forward to future posts and seeing your string quilt.
