not going to leave QWU!
Good day ladies. i have done a lot of thinking and talking with people and have decided that i am not going to leave the groups and swaps i am in. i am not going to let satan run me from happy things and good people in my life. i have apologized and that is all i can do and if a person cannot accept that then that is their issue. i love being in the groups with such fantastic ladies. i have learned alot and still learning. it has also given me a lot more esteem in what i do . i have become much more happier knowing i am not the only one who makes mistakes in quilting and who is still learning. i dont feel so all alone. so thank you ladies for all your kindness and compassion and caring. i love all of you for you all have touched my life. so one to the quilting world.. and make some nice things.. I love to quilt and i love to learn. so hope you have a nice weekend and to those on the east coast i hope you are doing ok for i know that snow storm you are going to get will be a wild one. hope you get out and make a big snowman.. or have a snowball fight with whoever.. be safe and warm and joyful wherever you are. Humm Linda i gotta remember that saying about diamonds and stones.. wish i would had some stones to throw at my son today.. i knew he meant well but well we had a interesting conversation about the family . i was feeling kinda sad about some issues with one of the other DIL and he kinda cheered me up with some things but made me think.. it is about time i do live for me.. and let go of others troubles.. i need to live my life and do things i like doing which is quilting/sewing.. so i am going to give more things to God and let him handle it.. i usually read parts of my Bible every nite.. although some nites i just collapse . but i gotta remember no matter what to read it.. my home church is cross town and they dont always like coming to pick me up in the vans, so they do broadcast their services online so i try to watch on there but i do like going to services too. Although there are petty people there i try to ignore them and be pleasant and nice. i am here to hear the word not to llook pretty for someone elses pleasure.. so i thank you linda for all the kind scriptures keep them coming.
thank you June and Irene and nice to meet you.. yes i love learning from people new and old people on here.. i have learned lots.. i didnt know there were so many abbreviations for things.. i gonna start me a notebook and write things down .. i get confused sometimes .. and i am learning sooo much...

You're welcome Lisa but let me say from my heart that I truly believe what you were trying to say was misunderstood, that doesn't make that lady a bad person at all. (I did get on the group and read what was said so I would understand more before I jumped into this) I truly believe that God allows for us to be put in certain situations to see how we will handle things. Will we handle those things as His Word teaches us to or will we say unkind things that would hurt others and Him as well. You have done well my new friend and remember to bless and not curse. (I don't mean curse in the literal sense of saying bad words) but think unkindly of them. We all have to walk this walk together some days are diamonds and some days are stones. ty linda and yes i agree i have met so many wonderful ladies i guess one bad apple dont spoil the whole bunch.. i learn so much and at least one or two or three things each day or more.
