OMG!!! Have tho't of it when I've held a pin in my mouth but still do it. Guess I'll quit after reading that. Thanks a heap.
okay, that story has convenced me after 70 + years of holding pins in my mouth to STOP.
i think about this happening all the time so try to avoid doing it. thanks for the warning.
That is an eye opener! When I was a student nurse(a million years ago), we had a lady come in that was a seamstress. She had pain in her arm and a needle had slipped under her skin and was travelling up her arm. They had to surgically remove it! Good lesson...we've all done it!
May have to think twice before I do this again. Thanks for the heads-up
