Quilt With Us

And wow! I got my living room back. For the next 8 weeks I have some kids coming over to practice some dances, so I needed my space. DH made me take pictures of the quilt frame so he can reassemble it when the time comes.  So quilting will be on hold for now. Re-reading quilt magazines is still part of quilting, isn't it?

Dreaming counts also!

After cleaning my quilting room a couple of weeks ago, I decided to do it right and organize all my sewing machine accessories, since I also wanted to buy a few extra specialty feet for my machine. That entailed getting out my accessories book and it was time well spent, since it reminded me of all the wonderful things my machine does besides the straight stitch.

I no longer subscribe to a quilting magazine, but sometimes one will catch my eye on the newstand, but I do have all my old copies that I love to get out by the handful and browse thru. Yes, it surely does count!

Yes it does Aida.  Stitching/piecing blocks for swaps counts also. LOL  Your DH is a very smart man to admit that he might have trouble and need the pics to put that frame back together again.

YES, reading quilting magazines counts.  So does re-reading quilting books you forgot you owned and wonder why you bought them!
