Quilt With Us

My daughter discarded this t-shirt long time ago and was in the rag bin.  I pulled it out, and the idea-bulb lighted up!  It must over 12 years old, full of stain and ripped at some places, but the back of the t-shirt was in good shape, so... another project done!

I'm keeping it for now at my home, otherwise, DD's dog will use it at her house.

I saved most of our jeans and have made about 10 jean bags so far that I have given away.  There's also a quilt blanket I made out of jeans scraps and red upholstery fabrics, which my DGD uses when we play picnic inside the sewing room and when she wants to take a nap on the floor.

Love it!  I usually rescue my husband's torn jeans out of the garbage.  I know there are tons of uses for them.

I am with Sharon, I bet she will want that back. Great use of re-purposing!!

Just wait until she see it!!!  My guess will be that she'll say, that's my old t-shirt and looks so great that I'd like to have it back.   Nice way to save memories.

Another great way to repurpose a t-shirt.  Like the message this one delivers.
