Quilt With Us

I started a group ("On the Road Again Quilters") for people who like to take trips in their RV to add to their stash and who might also do a little piecing/quilting along the way. I have a tiny space now that might allow me to set up my sewing machine. I'm looking for ideas for a narrow folding table that can be put away when not in use. My husband thinks I'm a little nuts but I think it will be fun. I don't like just sitting around watching the campfire send smoke my way. Any ideas?

I saw a great small table at Costco yesterday that should be a great RV fit for you. You may also want to check the Office stores (Office Depot or Office Max). If they don't have a small table on display ask to see their catalog as they have carried a variety of sizes that should work well. These are all more of a small rectangle than a square, which I think would be more usable for your purpose.

I think I will join that discussion. We have an RV but I don't think my husband will ever let me set up a machine in it much less go on a trip to look for fabric. Maybe when he retires one day. I will join the discussion to keep a notebook of ideas for that day that hopefully will come one day.
