I finished another quilt tonight. This one is made up of blocks members of the Piece Around the World group made for me for my birthday a few years ago.
Here is a pic of the back:

I love it! so pretty for spring!
Nice! Thanks for showing us the back, too. It shows us your beautiful quilting.
Thanks Barbara & handstitcher.
Very pretty quilt, Janet! Perfect for hopes of spring.
It is a charming quilt! I don't remember ever seeing that block pattern before.
You are very welcome PQ. I was also thinking this would make a pretty baby quilt.
Thanks, Janet. It would make a nice baby quilt size, and since I'm on a mission to use up my fabrics, and since I don't usually like making the same quilt twice, I'm always on the lookout for interesting blocks that are scrap friendly.
The blocks are 10" finished and can be found on Quilters Cache. I can't remember the name of it on there, but if you go to www.quilterscache.com and click on the 10" block tab you can find it. The quilt is 48" square. I machine quilted it. Sadly due to arthritis in my hands I just can't hand quilt as much as I used to. Fortunately now that I have a Pfaff Performance 5.0 that has 11" to the right of the needle, I am able to machine quilt more of my quilts.
