Quilt With Us

It's June again in NW Wisconsin.  Spring has arrived; if you saw our yard today, you wouldn't believe it's the same home I posted snowy photos of a week ago.  All that snow is rapidly disappearing.  Ice on lakes is beginning to melt or at least thin out.  Daffodil spears are about 4 inches high.  Robins have arrived.  Yesterday was about 70 and today mid 60s. Yesterday we had our first spring cookout; potato salad and hot dogs.  God is good!

I think everyone that had snow late this year is more than ready for spring. It does my heart good to see the spring flowers. God is good.

It really was a beautiful time to be in Wisconsin.  But, that Mother Nature is such a tease!  Enjoyed grilling out yesterday, but by mid-week it will be back to chili, or hot dishes.  Maybe I washed that winter coat a bit too early.

It was a gorgeous day here and we bq some hot dogs also....just tasted like summer! My tulips have been eaten by the deer...grrrr! They are getting to be such a pain and expensive! Sure hope you don't get the flooding.
