Quilt With Us

I just finished the fish quilt and now just pray it comes out of the wash okay! This is a quilt of many firsts: First quilt done on my new Juki machine and new HQII frame, first quilt I made with scrappy binding and patchwork on the back, first use of variegated thread, and first time I've made a quilt without prewashing the fabric! I did the very simplest wavy line quilting pattern which allowed me to quilt the top in an afternoon. I changed the title to "Go Fish!" l would really like to learn how to machine sew the binding front and back. I don't mind hand sewing it to the back, but it has given me sore fingers and a sore neck! If anyone has any tips on doing that, I'd love to hear them.
